Booking & Cancellation Policy
NO appointment is confirmed until we've approved your booking request AND received your deposit (either $50 or 50% of service, depending on the service).
Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
After a client had a "No-Show", in order to book another appointment,you will be asked to make full payment in advance. If you fail to cancel or reschedule that appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are to be charged full payment. There will be no exceptions.
